Sam Allardyce has hit back at David Beckham's claim that
the England boss must have international or Champions League

so. Many current managers of national teams have not even
got experience of running a football club and they do well
enough. What England need is someone who is big enough to
drop over hyped players like Beckham in favour of better options
like Wright Phillips. Sam is certainly Big enough to do that!
English football is set for the biggest transfer-scam probe

Stewart Downing is set to return for Middlesbrough

Can he make a push for a place
in the England squad? With Joe Cole playing the left side
with aplomb could England actually have competition for places
